Application Process
Our
Tenants
Tenants are called members. Unlike tenancy in a rental building, co-op membership requires a “co-operative attitude” in dealing with your neighbours in the building. A housing co-op is controlled by its members. The right to determine how the building is run comes with the responsibility to participate actively.
Every member’s time and attention are requested to develop, maintain and improve the quality of life in the co-op. This means attending member meetings every few months and joining a committee that fits your schedule and interests. Learn, grow, meet people and develop your home environment through your co-op involvement.
Who is Elgible?
People wishing to become members of the Co-op will be required to attend an information session, make an application and be interviewed for acceptance.
